Trustees

The Trustees shall have charge of the real estate and other property of the company. They shall maintain all property in good condition and execute such leases and contracts as are authorized by the company. As the financial oversight committee of the company they shall receive an inventory of fire fighting equipment from the Fire Chief. They shall annually check the membership records to determine that they are up to date. They shall maintain the membership records, including payment of dues. In conjunction with the President and the Fire Chief they shall perform an annual determination of the activity status of each member as outlined in paragraph three (3) of the Constitution. If the activity requirements are not met by a member, he will automatically be dropped from active membership to a contributing member. They will notify each member of his status in writing during the month of February. At the Annual Meeting they shall give the Recording Secretary a list of members eligible to vote in the upcoming election.
